"What a disappointment. This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel. It’s a 2 star hotel at best. It’s old, the amenities are not maintained, it smells like cigarette smoke EVERYWHERE, and the rooms were dirty and dingy. The room carpet was stained and old, there were cobwebs with large spiders in the room corners. There were clear signs of water damage near the windows and balcony/patio door. "I tired to communicate with the property 2 days before my stay to coordínate transportation to hotel and there was no answer. Manager said they didn’t recibe my emails. Phone number on the webpage of the hotel is not working because I also tried contacting them. I stay es in pooring rain for two hours, a local gentlemen took me to the hotel, if not I would’ve had to walk from port to hotel in a rain y day. "This spot was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Marco Polo units. Super clean. It has a great covered patio area with 2 lounge chairs and a patio table with chairs. Curtains drop around the patio area for privacy. 2 pools with lots of umbrellas and sunbathing chairs.
