"The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. However, I was disappointed that housekeeping only cleans the room every two days. Even though I specifically requested daily housekeeping, my room was not serviced as requested. The hotel is also a bit far from most attractions and restaurants, which made getting around less convenient."

"The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues.
The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay."

"The staff are so so nice and helpfu.l.They each went above and beyond. They were also so friendly. The hotel is in a great location. So many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The pool was closed when we were there and each day we asked if the firepit could be put on and no one could do it which was a big bummer. We were hoping to enjoy wine out on the patio area (which is really cute!). Overall we were very happy with our stay and the hotel for the price."

"Why I twice chose this property:
1. My husband loves to spend time in the courtyard.
2. It is close to our various destinations while we are in Raleigh.
