"On arrival we were warmly greeted and informed where breakfast would be served and explained where our room was. The room was huge in size, light, airy and tastefully decorated. "The building and grounds here are absolutely beautiful. It's clearly been a wonderful place to stay at some point. Having said that, our trip was generally very disappointing. We arrived in the evening, and there were no staff at all to be seen. There was a bar open, with music playing, and no staff. A sign noted to call a mobile number for help. The first number rang out repeatedly. On a second call, a person answered and seemed confused about whether any staff remained at the hotel. Eventually...

"The property did a great job at providing necessary information for check in and pertinent information. The only thing is: as of this time the tram is not running to “Shore” station; you have to take a 25 bus to Duke Street and it’s about 10 minute walk from there. I found it a bit confusing to figure out where my room was as there’s no front desk. Yet, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There’s not many places around for breakfast or late dinner."
