"The property was beautiful. It sits close to the road so we heard traffic a lot. Our bathroom was quirky. We had a room with a spa tub but the shower part was difficult to use. The faucet in the sink was difficult to work around...either splashed the floor or got my hair wet when I rinsed after brushing my teeth. The sunsets were incredible"

"Pet friendly , staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were immaculate with plenty of everything. The bed / bedding was incredibly soft. Normally I bring my own down pillows but I forgot and was quite happy to discover that the pillows at the Hyatt are excellent. Not lumpy and not flat.
We would easily stay there again.
The price on Expedia was actually higher than the hotel which I didn’t like but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. I will address this with Expedia."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements."

"The location is nice and staff is as helpful as they can be considering they were severely understaffed (one person cleaning rooms). The front desk lady had to clean our room. Bugs are an issue. The room wasnt cleaned well before we arrived (there was sand on the floor and in the bed). It wasnt a good experience at all. We wont be coming back, needless to say."
