Shower on/off was so difficult to use I was afraid it was going to break. Last morning the shower gel ran out so had no soap. Was told this hotel is a “boutique” hotel by front desk person. "Parking is rough and there a few random things around the property. Like 2 old air conditioners right by the fountain. There was a big laundry bin outside our room the whole 3 days we were there. Besides that, we do love the place. Great location"

"We took a spur of the moment trip to St.Augustine and by some miracle there was a room available at Bayfront Westcott. We were met by Sandy the manager who helped us get sorted out. It was happy hour and we met some other people who were staying and everyone was having a great time in the quaint but beautiful dining room.
Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed and was exactly what we needed. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and we highly recommend staying there!"

"the property was nice, and location is ideal. however my check in experience ruined the entire stay for me.
i arrived at the property and front door is locked. i arrived around 5:15pm or so, it states front desk is available 9:00am-6:00pm. i had to call, for the person that answered the phone to be confused that i have a reservation. i did book this stay around 2 hours before arrival, which i know is a little last minute, but it shouldn’t be available to book if last minute reservations are an...
