You won't get what you booked for

Worst experience ever. I booked a double room with breakfast for TWO. When I checked in, the receptionist insisted that my booking is without breakfast. I approached the front desk manager and I showed him my confirmation e-mail which proves that my booking is for a double room with breakfast for TWO. He still insisted to give me the room without breakfast. I approached Hotels.com and they assured me that my booking is confirmed with breakfast for TWO. However the hotel front desk still did not agree to provide us with the breakfast. There is obvious lack of professionalism and ignorance about the basics of the tourism industry and hospitality.

Awesome hotel reef

Excellent pools. Excellent landscaping. Wonderful reef belonging to the hotel beach for an amazing snorkeling experience. Shuttle bus to Dahab promenade. Walking distance to the famous Three pools snorkeling site. Need to improve on the breakfast and the road leading to the hotel entrance.

Very calm and well maintained

The hotel is situated right next to the mountains; the beach view is amazing. The hotel has a great landscaping with a variety of plants that are in a very good shape. The food quality is very good but the breakfast buffet is a bit boring after the first two days!

excellent house reef for diving and snorkelling

the room is large but the bed was hard. The food is fair for 3 stars hotel. stuff helpful. there weren`t any outdoor activities and I didnt see any animation team. however the price was fair. hotel is far of the center. Next to the rocky beach of the hotel there is one of the best house reef in Dahab and its excellent.

Its isolated position makes it lovely and quiet.

Excellent location for snorkelling- just off the beach on to coral reef and fishes. While its a big hotel it is never crowded. Good choices of food at all meals and very cheerful service by all the catering and waiting staff. Hotel residents were predominantly Russian, with quite a few Germans - English in a small minority as no British tour operator offers Happy Life. Hotel has own useful shuttle service to and from Dahab (c. 5 miles) 3 x every day. With the excellent weather (35-36 degs) every day, sandy beach and wonderful snorkelling - what could be better?!

Поехали с мужем в свадебное путешествие. Остались очень довольны: прекрасный вид из окна (море + горы), вкусно кормят, обслуживают доброжелательные копты, катались на лошадях, верблюдах, квадрациклах и горках в отеле)), подводный мир замечательный (единственное - бывают ветра, когда не поплаваешь). Для тех, кому хочется отдохнуть душой и телом, в тишине и гармонии с природой, без надоедливой музыки и аниматоров.
