Front desk help was often unavailable and cleaners who were in the area were trying to help with questions. Breakfast ended at 9:00. Due to our late arrival the evening prior, a bit later would have been beneficial for kids who needed more sleep."

"I have stayed at Microtel's for years. This was by far the worst maintained that I have ever stayed at. The sheet rock corners were falling off, toilet was stained, room smelled of mold, window opened very hard, tub drain didn't work, carpet had shreds. Most of the night, people were talking loudly in the office waiting room outside my room door. I know one thing for sure, that I will never stay there again."

"Clean room and bathroom. Budget-friendly. Comfortable beds. The refrigerator was not cold. My 15 yo daughter and I only needed to stay for one night, so it was not a big deal. There was only one usable outlet near the bed, which prevented more than one person to plug anything in next to the bed. My daughter had an issue with that."
