"No elevator, back entrance door that was supposed to open with key card pulled open without using keycard, fire doors propped open, non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, TV remote did not work , half a roll of toilet paper and no extra, gross food in the freezer, bed very uncomfortable. Staff very rude When we asked for a working remote."

"There were stains on the sheets and the toilet kept clogging each time. The front desk lady said, the stains are bleach stains on the white sheets. Would not change the sheets for my daughter."
