"Staff was friendly. Very clean. Breakfast was different daily."

"The hotel is clean. Plenty of amenities. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is hot with a variety of selections. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants and shopping within the area. Coffee shops like Starbucks, Dunkins, etc. You can hear everything. Kids running up and down the halls, yelling, all hours. No monitoring by staff. The staff was not that friendly or welcoming. Did not explain anything at checkin, was borderline rude. Acted inconvenienced. The only nice person we interacted with was a young gal at checkout. Wished she would have been working during our entire stay. Probably won't stay again due to the staff experience and the lack of noise insulation. "

"Parking for me was very confusing. I drive into the ramp and didn’t know that I got into the city ramp instead. Meanwhile I was run into on my truck. So now very upset with that. Front desk hotel were very nice but want to charge me for parking. "

"Rooms were clean but the bed mattress covers need to be taken off and washed. One room only had one towel in it but the man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful all weekend. The pool area had no pool towel at all. Not sure if they were available elsewhere but it should be stated if so. Hot tub and pool are nice. Rooms look newly renovated, love that it’s non-carpeted rooms!"

"Staff was very helpful and parking was included! Located in a great area and it has been remodeled since I stayed there last. The hot tub was great and we were able to watch a play off hockey game from the hot tub on a big screen! Room was comfy and nice too."

"Fine to sleep at. Breakfast had no fruit at all. Underwhelming breakfast compared to other Americinns we’ve stayed at. Pool flooded. Hot tub was more like a warm tub. "

"The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed."
