Hotel Best Western di St. Cloud

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. The property feels outdated, the rooms are old, and we even found cockroaches on the lobby seating area. I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that the room included a microwave. Since I travel with my 2½-year-old daughter, this was important for warming milk and food.
