The basic bath towels were provided but no beach towels, hand towels, or wash cloth, which are small gestures that elevate the experience/stay. There also weren't any paper towels. Providing at least 1 roll or half a roll would've been great for the customer experience. I like the information book that was provided, it was very helpful."

"The Cinnamon Suites view is amazing. The location is quiet and the beach is walking distance. They have a shuttle that can take you to Spiceland Mall which is also waking distance. The staff is also very nice"

"That hill to walk off premises is a killer. I suggest an electric golf cart of sorts with staff to ferry guests up and down the hill to be a good idea. Otherwise everything was fine. Good value for the money I spent and time of the year (Spicemas)."
