"We had an amazing time over Christmas at Villa Alma. Sofia was a great host and very attentive. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to from Salzburg and there's plenty of transport to get around nearby. There are a few good walks locally, including amazing views at the top of the Zwolferhorn. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was well designed and comfortable. The whole hotel was stylish and well thought through. Would definitely recommend."

"To sum up the room I would say disgusting, run down, covered in dust, broken and unfinished. The bathroom was not cleaned on arrival, sheets and towels were dirty and had holes. Further, the bathroom looked like a construction zone with dirt and broken tiles and pipes in the corner and there was mould growing out of the shower curtain. "Beautiful old building and helpful staff. Thankfully it was too cold for people to be hanging around outside being it is opposite an adult sex shop! Lots of laughs were had and I appreciate the cleaning staff who work hard to keep this property well maintained. Lots of choice for breakfast. Could do with a few teapots to save guests queuing up for hot water at breakfast time.
