"Horrible Check-in Experience, 30 minutes waiting in line, people cutting in line, employees extremely slow, and no sense of urgency. While this is a resort and I expected it to be busy, the lack of urgency from the staff (except the bellboys) was appalling. We had to run immediately to dinner so we got to our room when we returned. Just to find they gave us the wrong room, not the suite we ordered. Walked across the resort because no one answers the phone and the AI that they use to “assist” you is a joke. I booked via hotels (dot) com. The same lady who checked me in blamed it on Hotels and the “systems”. This is absolute bs because I am sure they gave our suite away. We negotiated a rate to stay in our current room as we were not moving all our stuff. We will see what happens upon checkout (hopes are not high). Our room has multiple light switches that don’t work, the sliding door to the toilet is jammed in the wall, the shower faucet handle feels like it will fall off. The room view of the vineyard is beautiful though."
