"Overall a very enjoyable time and comfortable hotel. The bathroom was small and dated in our superior room. Food was very good and quiet surroundings in lovely garden and aviary."

"The apartment was spacious for two people. It was part of a complex of apartments with adequate car parking for all apartments Overall the accommodation was comfortable. The small kitchenette was adequately provisioned with kitchen equipment for the needs of self catering. The bath seal showed signs of black mould which with a good cleaning regime should be removed. The settee was tired and showing signs of wear. Stains on the carpet were noted. There was a seating and picnic table area provided for those staying in the apartments. The apartment is located away from the town centre of St Helier and will take twenty to thirty minutes to walk there from the apartments. On arriving at the apartments it took a while to appreciate how to contact reception which was in a nearby hotel. Initial contact with the person at the other end of the phone was confusing. The accommodation offered space and relaxation which a hotel room would not have done. Would happily rebook for another stay."

"The carpet in our room was worn out and rucked up! The pillows were awful we had stiff necks, the 2nd lift that went to the spa was out of order all week. The room was cleaned every day and coffee/tea etc topped up but the room needed a new carpet"

"The location was excellent for us with an Ocean view room The staff at Reception were very helpful. The room nicely decorated good size and clean. Breakfast was good but would have been better if more choice of eggs & bread were available. Staff at breakfast were very friendly. Our only disappointment was the service at the Bar. Were told to come back as was too busy making liquor coffees. The cocktails were pre-made out of a tin and not a genuine mix of ingredients but we were not told this until we complained that it didn’t taste like a mojito should."
