I've stayed in these apartments several times and always find them to be great. Easy contactless check-in. Well appointed, clean, spacious apartments with a good layout. Good TV, comfortable bed, good shower and easy parking. I really appreciate the welcome gifts of milk, coffee, tea, toiletries and cleaning products too - very handy. Thanks again for another good stay.

Good location for out needs. Parking to be included in St.Helier is also a big plus. Functional kitchen and living quaters. Clean room, nice beds and beding.

The apartment was spacious and clean, if a little dated. Hard work walking back from St Helier uphill! We enjoyed our stay and ate in sister hotels which were very good . All staff we dealt with were very polite and helpful.

The property was clean and well managed with friendly staff. Comfortable space for a couple looking for a get-away. In a great area for walking to the centre of St Helier. Peter the janitor was lovely and took great care cleaning! Just a few improvements: parking spaces could be more clearly defined as it is a bit of a free-for-all. The larger pan in the kitchen did not have a lid that fit it properly. The property did not contact me for check-in information, but calling them up was a pleasant experience.

The flat was clean, with plenty of space, and had everything we needed. The location was in a nice quiet area and we were able to walk into the centre of St Helier. It was very helpful being able to park our car at the property and there was a shop just around the corner. It was great being able to use the sister hotel’s pool and gym. We would recommend and would stay again

The property was conveniently located near my daughter. And the house keeping staff (Martin and Peter) were excellent at their job, courteous, polite and professional. Can I suggest that a grab handle as one exits the shower would assist guests enormously, particularly for more elderly guests. I enjoyed my stay very much and will most likely return.

Simple, lovely and convenient. Welcome pack included Use of other Hotels in the chain for gym, swimming pools and food. On a bus route to access the whole island, make sure you purchase a travel pass or ‘transfer ticket’.

Over-exuberant housekeeping

The property was better than expected due to size. The instructions regarding access and leaving property was excellent. However the freezer compartment of the fridge waa constantly dripping and was not working correctly. The toaster sometimes did not work as the leaver had to be held down. Our main issue was the man ( housekeeper) who turned up 1 day early to change the bedding despite we had another 24 hours before we were due to leave. He would have just open the door and entered but as we had locked it he was unable. He knocked and rang the bell. We were all still in our nightwear and would not give him access. He finally realised that he was a day early and insisted on changing the bedding at first but then settled on just the towels. Again it seemed unneccesary as we only had 24 hours before we were due to leave. On the day of departure he turned at the property before the '10 o'clock' departure time, this time he just opened the front door, no knocking or ringing the bell. We are a group of females who do not expected a male to open the door.

The property was very quiet, clean and spacious for a couple. There was ample parking but it is in a very high part of St Helier... Uplands is the clue...so you definitely need a car. While the walk down into town is pleasant , the walk back up home again is NOT!! The kitchen had some good equipment but I do think that in self catering apartments there should be some basic staples...coffee, tea sugar, salt pepper, cooking oil, kitchen roll and tin foil. These are things people don't want to have to put into luggage and bring back and forth, and in Northern Ireland these are found in every self catering apartment, so folks coming to you expect it as standard. A few teabags and a few sachets of coffee is insufficient, and longlife milk is nasty stuff. The apartments are not luxurious but they are very comfortable and to improve them further I suggest these basuc items be included in every kitchen. We phoned mid-week to get bin emptied and have more towels left, which I felt was a bit of a nuisance and would rather have not had to do. I think more regular servicing from housekeeping would be a major improvement. They only called once, on the morning of departure, to check if everything was ok, so that was a bit late! Maybe a door hanger to request service, tea towels, towels etc would allow better communication than having to phone over to one of the Morvan group hotels. N.B We have no mobility issues so managed 2 suitcases up the stairs fine, but older people may struggle!

The property was adequate for the three of us. It states that it will accommodate five, but although there are 'five' beds, four is more realistic. Also some little things not right, for example:- tea pot only serves two, no hand towels in kitchen.

Spacious. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Sofas, dining table... Loath to leave. Very quiet. Full kitchen - wonderful. Laundry available. Great directions and access details received well in advance. Bus stop very close. Supermarket very close too.

Home from home accommodation. Clean and warm . Just enough items in kitchen although a few more mugs would be useful when being lazy and not wanting to wash all the time !
