"Stayed there for 4 Nights . All front desk and concierge staff did an excellent job for the first 3 days . Unfortunately on the day of checking out i came across a front desk lady who was cool , unprofessional and full of attitude . "Hotel was in a great location, close to transport and a walk to Darling Harbour. Rooms were nice thought the sofa was very worn and the TV channels didn’t change easily. Beds were comfy and had nice bathroom with lovely amenities. We had a La carte breakfast on our morning in their restaurant and the service was average as they were understaffed. The pancakes were terrible and coffee not great. We didn’t eat there again. Overall it was a good stay and value for money."

"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar.
