"The breakfast was excellent however our room was not cleaned in the 2 nights we stayed there. It was clean when we checked in but no one came after that. We were out all day excepting to come to a clean room at night. Was a little disappointed "

"I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here nor will I ever again. The room was very dirty. Used bar of soap left in the bathtub, microwave was disgusting, the floor had crumbs all over it, left over toothpaste around the sink. You could tell on the faucet’s that the room was not cleaned. People were playing loud music and smoking in their rooms. This was an upgraded room and the hotel refunded me the upgrade charge."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options could be improved (more hot food options). They had spoiled milk one day (3 different cartons), but the staff promptly remedied this. We had a housekeeper walk-in the room the first morning we were there without checking to see if we were in there first (which was odd). Pool was a bit chilly, even for the kids. Front desk staff was wonderful upon check-in (Chase). Overall a nice stay."
