"We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. My ONLY suggestion to the hotel ( and I do mean only) is that the pillows were flat that suited my back sleeping husband but slightly below par for side sleepers like me. Even...

There wasn’t coffee in the lobby either. (They told us if wanted to drink in our room, we had to use the single pod brewer instead.) "Room had a bad Oder as soon as we walked in you could have smelled it. We found a cockroach and we were moved immediately to a different room which was not what I paid for. Overall we only stayed since my daughter went to summer smash it was the closest. The breakfast was good and our view in our first room was nice but they down graded us."
