"To begin with, I arrived at the place; the door was closed, and I did not have the combination code for the building and do. ot the assigned room, never contacted by anyone. I was strolling in the street until a good Maltese Samaritan helped me contact the management using his phone; by the time I went to my room was 11:30 PM. The room service comes every day; they never changed the sheets or replaced the towels."

"We were able to completely relax and the amenities of the hotel were as good as expected. The service and staff were excellent. Perhaps one weakness, was the lack of staff at breakfast who focused on collecting dirty plates and didn’t actively offer tea and coffee when first seated - self-service and chasing staff isn’t very five star. Gym is superb. Relaxation areas and their own cafe very good too. We have stayed at the Weston Dragonara before and the Hilton was better."
