It was walking distance from markets, malls, etc., including Pelican Shopping Mall, Port Zante, and Independence Square, and Basseterre Public Market. "Property is very run down. The pictures online do not reflect the current conditions of the property. Needs a massive renovation. In addition, we overpaid on Expedia and asked for a correction. We paid $442 at time of booking when the advertised fees on Expedia were $233 when we arrived. Expedia would not credit the balance we were overcharged which added to the disappointment of being at a run down hotel."
