"Comfortable room and staff helpful. Unfortunately Room 7 shower door leaks. Not a problem for having a shower, but I think the owner might want to repair it.
Other than that a very nice hotel. "

"Disappointing experience . When I informed reception at 6.15 pm that we had no water for the bath or shower I was told there wasn't any maintenance available . So neither I or my wife could have a shower that evening or the next morning ( today ) .
On check out I reminded the manager of this problem , but no redress or discount was offered ; until I asked for a discount . Even then the only discount offered was the removal of the service charge on the evening meal ( as this charge was...

"Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath.
Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. We’re already booked in for next year!"
