Your St. Lucia Holiday Itinerary
Day 1-2: You’ll likely arrive at Hewanorra International Airport, around an hour’s drive south of the capital city, Castries. Once settled, head to Castries Market where you can peruse fresh local produce and handicrafts. For a history lesson of St. Lucia’s alternating British and French rule, take a guided tour of Inniskilling Monument. The view here won’t disappoint.
Day 3-4: No St. Lucia trip is complete without experiencing the crystal clear, calm water at Jalousie Beach. With its white sand and view of the Pitons, it may well be the prettiest beach on the island. Reduit Beach on Rodney Bay is also worth a visit. Kick back with a fresh coconut in hand or feel like a kid again at Splash Island Water Park.
Day 5-7: Wind up your trip by hiking Gros Piton or Pigeon Island National Park. Last of all, don’t miss the opportunity to soak in the volcanic mud baths of Soufriere.
