"I had a positive experience here and found the other positive reviews to be valid. It was a well maintained property. New, clean appliances. All hotels have water saving faucets and shower heads, as does roost. That's the only negative I can speak of because I prefer stronger flow but I understand people are wasteful when staying in hotels. I'm glad I chose roost. It was worth the slightly higher price to have a separate bedroom and a full functional kitchen."

"So nice and right in the middle of Jeweler's Row. Easy to get into, loved not having to go through the check in process. Room was absolutely wild. HUGE. Giant fancy bathroom. Beautiful kitchen, massive windows to look out at the city, comfy bed, and even had laundry if you need it. Would absolutely stay again."
