"It’s just really lovely at Les Douvres, the breakfast is great and the rooms are comfortable. The bar is excellent and the staff are outstanding. If the hot weather continues I think they’ll have to succumb to air conditioning. But other than that brilliant!"

"The staff were lovely and helpful, but the property is tired and in need of some tlc and maintenance e.g. weeding, painting. A great shame the pool is shut. The decor is dated and the linen and towels were worn in our room. Breakfast was ok. Lovely quiet location and convenient for the airport."

"A charming hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. A good place for a solo traveller. Although, it's a little way out of town, it has a good size car park, a complimentary mini bus service, that goes into town twice in the morning and returns twice a day and a bus stop virtually opposite the entrance. Was glad I was warned about the lack of air conditioning, so I brought a small fan which I needed despite being able to leave the French windows to my balcony open. The choice of hot food at...

"Fabulous position for the sunsets. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Main issue was the busy and noisy road at the front of the hotel. Food excellent."
