"Good hotel, clean, room was.clean and well equipped. Had food which was very good, evening dinner and breakfast. Free shuttle.into.town on a morning. Hotel is a bit out of st helier."

"The carpet in our room was worn out and rucked up! The pillows were awful we had stiff necks, the 2nd lift that went to the spa was out of order all week. The room was cleaned every day and coffee/tea etc topped up but the room needed a new carpet"

"Good value hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are very clean but a bit dated. Useful to have a fridge. We had a room on the side with a partial sea view, lovely to hear sea at high tide. Road side traffic can be noisy, would recommend a full sea view opposite side to road. Nice breakfast. Good location, not far to walk into town."

"The location was excellent for us with an Ocean view room The staff at Reception were very helpful. The room nicely decorated good size and clean. Breakfast was good but would have been better if more choice of eggs & bread were available. Staff at breakfast were very friendly. Our only disappointment was the service at the Bar. Were told to come back as was too busy making liquor coffees. The cocktails were pre-made out of a tin and not a genuine mix of ingredients but we were not told this until we complained that it didn’t taste like a mojito should."
