"Never used the bar. The air conditioning was to cold for us both being in our 80s.,so we asked for it to be turned off witch it was and the heating turned up witch it was done straight away to our delight. No other complaints at all. This is the 5th time we have stayed in your hotels never had any complaints. "

"Breakfast excellent. Lovely property and surroundings..Peaceful location with good parking including electric chargers. Friendly staff. We had an executive room in the old stable block. Very comfortable. Strong shower and water very hot. A couple of minor points that would be easy to remedy: a shelf or basket to put shampoo in rather than on the edge or the bath and a towel hook within easy reach of the shower. "

"Parking was very good, room was lovely just at the back of dovedale nice and quiet, lovely room and bathroom was lovely, nice white towels. The only fault i had was the pillows was lumpy and pillow cases didnt fit property, had a lovely stay at the dolphin."

"Everyone so helpful , and meals are big portions and good selection, staff so nice treat you like family. Rooms clean and comfortable and parking on your doorstep , everything you could want , definitely going back and highly recommended "

"Booked a couple of nights here as we love the coast & had never been to Withernsea before, the house is lovely & warm and had the most amazing sea views from the lounge & double bedroom. There were nice touches, like a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & Prosecco, as well as the movement detecting plug-in lights which doubled as torches - really useful. There are plenty of pubs, takeaways, an Aldi & a massive amusement centre with bowling a few minutes walk away. Our dogs also loved...

"Booked at short notice online as was in the area for work great valine for money. Was seen soon as I walked in and being a pub the lovely lady told me straight away there was live music and it might be a bit noisy. Which I didn’t mind as I was going to work. The room I was in I didn’t hear much of the noise from downstairs at all lovely room food shower clean tidy if I had to grumble about anything it was the fact I had to go to work as the people in the pub downstairs all looked to be having an...
