I had previously left a bad review through a simple misunderstanding that staff was able to quickly correct, and I'm happy with the resolution. Thanks 👍
my say is simple, when one need a cheap place to sleep in St Pete area, that is a valid place to go. i've read some reviews that aren't realistic - if one wants a "better" place, then spend twice the money. it is fair to not have the most fancy place for the price paid, and as such, this is the best ratio cost/service there is out there when you are on a tight budget. I ve been there now on 3 different trips, and I'll go back there without a doubt if i need to go in this area by myself again. note this isn't a true hotel, but a house with shared bedrooms that have 2 to 4 beds per bedroom.
Property roof on corner was damage grass overgrown then inside the property 10x15 room 4 bunk beds to many people in small space room should accommodate 2 people at most just I walked in and walked back out did not stay overnight 40 year old man sleeping on the top bunk not even a ladder to get up there lol

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Weird setting
The pictures was not accurate. It is not really hostel. It was a house with people sharing the space, in the residential area. its pretty odd environment. i just had to hold my breath since i need a place to shower and sleep while in town on business.
There were people sleeping on the sofa and chair in the living room. it was just uncomfortable so like i said, I had to hold my breath since its so cheap.
Pulled up to the place and saw the roof collapsing and windows boarded up. Went around the side of the 'hostel' (more like some dudes house) and a person inside an open window threw their coffee out at me. Needless to say i didn't stay there. They also denied me my money back. Hope that place doesn't get hit by lightning and burn to the ground, but if it does maybe they can build an actual 'hostel'.
