"Well when I arrived it was not what I expected. Not on the inside anyway. This is the type of hotel where most of the rooms are taken up by people who live there. It was a little sketchy when I pulled up I went into the office and spoke to Ms tammy. She was wonderful very polite let me know if I had any problems to let her know because they will not put up with any loud noise or anything. After entering the room it was very dirty. I don't think they ever really clean. She let me know that they were short staffed so it seems like it's just her rushing in and tidying up. There was no light in the room except for a desk lamp that we had to point at the ceiling to try to eliminate the room. The bathroom and bathtub were very dirty. In my time there I did see a fire truck and ambulance and the police. But with all of that being said it's a hotel that is tucked into a nice part of town. Lots of things to see and eat around there. I never felt unsafe to say. Of course I carried my gun just in case but most people kept to themselves. What I stay here again, probably not. But it was cheap and close to Tampa for a concert I was going to. If I did need a cheap hotel to stay in around Tampa then yeah I might check it out again"
