"I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. The bathroom light didn't even work, I had to use a headtorch despite reporting it to staff. I went to ask where the facilities were because noone said anything to me. "It was a horrible experience. I would like a refund. I stayed for about one hour, and couldn't tolerate it. I needed to sleep and wash my hands, but I truly felt I would be dirtier after those things than I was before. "
