"Great place to stay, excellent location for central Cambridge, very well equipped studio, clean, light, super comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with high quality toiletries, staff very friendly and helpful, calm, relaxed feel. Nothing to fault."

I waited 4 hours for a room, the staff was unhelpful and uninterested, the central heating was not turned on until 1700 hrs so the room was cold, the restaurant food was basic and unappealing. Most confronting was the hotel’s policy that guests cannot order in takeaway - that policy was not mentioned on its website or the Expedia property description. "

"The bed was far too small - I didn't get a decent night's sleep there due to that. There was a power socket on only one side of the bed - very inconvenient. The wi-fi was very good but very fiddly to connect to. We were charged to park there - this is just grasping. The single lift was glacially slow. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant apart from the woman on reception when we checked out - she was abrupt to the point of rudeness."
