"The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again."

"I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. "This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!"

"I Travel alone for work. For an executive or alone traveler its Ok. Its a small hotel, but very clean, modern and nice decour. For breakfast you have very near (walking), some very nice cafes with local or international food. It’s a bit lonely at night, so it’s better to go out to eat using Uber. The staff's service is very good."

"Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!"
