"Had a great weekend. Hotel looked beautiful and was clean. Staff who checked us in and helped us to check out were very helpful. Bar was well-stocked. We parked at a parking garage beside the hotel. For 24 hours it was around $17 over the weekend. Garage was well lit and felt safe. Valet parking appears to be on street. At $25 it is not bad. Only thing lacking was a proper breakfast . "The room only had one chair to sit in so the second person had to sit on the bed. The bed wasn't level but pointed down from the level of your feet. There was about a inch and a half lip between the floor of the bedroom to the floor of the bathroom - wasn't safe as you could easily stub your toe or trip if you weren't careful. The area rug slide when you stepped on it.. They 'piped' in a scent somehow that was overpowering and awful after awhile. What were they trying to cover up?"

"My sister & I attendance was okay. But. I’m 78 years old & there’s no bath mats or slip skids in the tub. I kept slipping & held onto only ONE hand bar on the OTHER side of the tub. Very unsafe. I asked at the desk if they supplied those and was NO that they don’t supply tub mats. No hand grip to hold to step into the tub."

"The property is very dated and needs serious work and cleaning. Our first room was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We went to the front desk and the staff was super helpful and got us another room. The second room smelled like mold and was super dated but at least it was clean. I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake because clearly the property is in rough shape. Would not recommend."

"Great staff. Friendly and informative. Room was neat and clean and the comforter was soft and lush! Breakfast was a southern girls dream for a free hotel meal. The only criticism would be that the pillows were flat and way too soft and there was nowhere for pets to potty."
