"Avoid This Place – Horrible Experience I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly dirty and had zero ventilation. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which causes all the moisture to get trapped inside the room. Because of this constant dampness, the floor mats are completely sticky to walk on, the entire room smells terrible, and the floor carpet stinks. To make matters worse, their customer service and business practices are incredibly dishonest....

"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are friendly. Our room was lovely with a great view of the river and the port. My only issue was there was only 2 pods of coffee, and my husband and I would have loved having a second cup. We would have also appreciated at least two bottles of water in the room as well, since it is mid-summer in Mobile and ferociously hot. Otherwise everything was good."

"1 night stay. The room was very clean, accommodating for our needs. Small kitchen was nice and stocked. The bathroom was stocked well with pump toiletries for use, towels. Separate toilet room. The room was quiet and dark just as we liked. The breakfast was disappointing for Sunday 830-9 am. There seemed to be only one attendant, cold cereal, fruit and breakfast potatoes, drinks available. "I am a REAL person! Right when I walked in it smelled fresh and clean in the lobby! The front desk people were super helpful and friendly! Breakfast was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Some hotels feel musty, this definitely did not! Great experience over all! 10/10"

"Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"This is a great property. They have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, 24 hr airport shuttle and the little and big waffles! Four stars bc of the shower fixture - very little pressure. I think it was just one room tho- the sink pressure was fine."

"This hotel does not have a pool. Nor do they offer hot breakfast. False advertising. We got to our room and were given a room key…that never worked. We could not sleep in the hotel room we pre-booked and paid for. Had to go to another hotel. Do not stay here."
