"We only stayed one night as a quick rest stop on our way back to Texas from Florida, but we were very impressed with this hotel! You can tell it’s brand new, everything was clean, fresh, and well maintained, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. The King Suite was perfect for our family. "I’ll tell you what was terrible about this day, I was chatting with a rep from Expedia with the online chat and he canceled my reservation and I told him not to so I showed up at the hotel to learn that my hotel room was canceled. I was never notified by Expedia or the hotel that Expedia canceled my reservation horrible, just horrible."

"My only complaint is they did not clean the room the entire time we were there. Also very upset about Expedia charging $432 and when I got the receipt from the hotel it was under $250. It was $189 difference in rated! I want a refund! Buyer beware"
