"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning. The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."

"Excellent location, within walking distance to nice restaurants and points of interest in casc section of the city. Rooms are big and facility is well maintained. Didn’t hear any noise at night. I was staying in the main building, second building is across the street, restaurant and roof top bar are located in this area. Only negative is that room lacked windows, that’ why I gave it a 4."

"Hotel is in what they call old city (area looks colonial). There are many stores in the area for shopping. The hotel itself is nice. The staff was friendly. The pool was beautiful and I had a great time using the on site spa. The rooftop restaurant had good food and live entertainmen. The hotel was well kept. "

"If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. "

"Wow! Just a couple of blocks from the Casco Viejo this place is a gem. Large modern apartments at a very affordable price. Nice pool to enjoy and beat the heat. Bikes available. The concierge service is outstanding."

"This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!"

"Upon check-in I immediately noticed that the unit (2F) was not cleaned well and had maintenance issues. I saw stains, marks, and damage throughout the apartment, making it a very uncomfortable stay. As other reviewers have mentioned, the area is not as developed and the view from the bedroom was a very rundown set of buildings. The last straw for me was that the bedsheets were stained. I was given a WhatsApp contact number after I raised my concerns (immediately after check in) and nothing was...

"Very central location to nightlife and all the tourist attractions. Open-air vibes and rooms were very spacious. Noise wasn't as bad as we were expecting. Super nice staff as well."

"We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that...

"Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."
