"The hotel is in a great location, close to many choices of restaurants and places of interest to see. The staff went out of their way to make the transition as soon as we landed as easy as it gets. Transportation from the airport, places to see, restaurants, even set us up with a private tour of the canal. We will definitely be coming back and this will be our choice of places to stay. Thank you fir a great trip."

"So much character! We especially enjoyed the historical cartoons and the elevator control room. 5 star cleanliness. The only downside was the noise coming from the outdoor event in the courtyard. "

"The staff at the hotel was not accommodating at all. When advised on issues with the room, there was no response until we had to make a number of calls. The room was not cleaned properly causing us to have to call guest services repeatedly. There were delays in someone even answering the phone. The choices for breakfast were very limited and the food was cold. We will not visit this hotel again."

"The hotel does not have a shuttle to and from the Panama City International airport, but it was easy and relatively easy to negotiate a ride to the property with one of the many cabbies at the airport. The entrance to the hotel is a little confusing, off a busy street and the main lobby very small, but once inside the staff was one of the friendliest and helpful I have ever encountered. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too. I unexpectedly needed accommodation after being robbed at gunpoint so booked in a bit of a panic. Paid $100 US for a private ensuite room with balcony and sea view which I was not given at check in.
