It is in Amsterdam west don’t takes about 30 minutes to get into the central city but there are multiple train stations within a 10 minute walk. "What a wonderful hotel! We arrived exhausted after a lengthy redeye and the concierge and desk staff took great care of us, even allowing for a super early check-in (hours before the normal time). Through our 2+ day stay, we were treated cheerfully and conscientiously, and we found our room to be spotlessly clean, comfortable, and stylish. Overall, the hotel is a seamless blend of traditional and modern design, which we loved. The atrium is a wonder. We would stay at the Conservatorium again...
"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was very nice. We had a broken fridge in our room and they replaced it the day we asked about it. They also fixed a squeaking door, and brought us towels and such without asking. The location is good if you want to go to the museum area, and easily walkable to trams and such nearby. If you are looking for a small boutique hotel, highly recommended. "

"Overall this is a great hotel if you don’t want to be in the middle of all the tourist attractions and crowd. Neighborhood gets very quiet at night but you’ll still feel extremely safe. Rooms are rather small but this is not a newly build hotel so pretty common. Be prepared not to have AC during hot summer months though. Love the stay and would recommend "
