The environmental aspect and pride employees who represent of Park Places show is apparent and helps guests acclimate and enjoy Amsterdam, Vondelpark area in particular. You can walk to hub communities, pick up a bike from the hotel and ride the park, and pick up the #2 Tram to the canals easily from the hotel."

"A very cool stylish room with a big comfortable bed and a nice view from the window. Tv, color led light, blinders - all managed from an iPad. There was no fridge and glasses in the room, but we could ask for them at the buffet downstairs. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is also a 24h buffet where you can order food from the menu. All in all - a very pleasant stay, would definitely come again!"

"The look of the hotel itself was very nice. The aethestics and decor looked evelvated but the reception area was a bit weird to me. The reception are is just a large kitchen table area where two people sit there looking like two friends having a conversation. I was confused when I walked in. The amenities of free drinks and alcohol as well as free breakfast every morning was the best perk but outside of that I did not enjoy my experience at the hotel. I feel like I was catfished by the pictures...

"Incredibly loud music (we could feel it in the floor four stories up) in the restaurant/bar ceased at 11 PM. Reports of broken items (non-working fridge, part of dual flush system of toilet not working) were supposedly passed on to maintenance, but in the ten days we stayed after reporting the issues nothing was done about them. "We stayed in a Deluxe Room the Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium for 5 nights, and we were disappointed. They put us on a floor that was undergoing renovations (our hallway was covered in painting tape and had unfinished light fixtures), and our room had non-functional ventilation and sparse seemingly unfinished decoration. Our room also had no view (despite advertising a city view) and the bathroom was smaller than advertised. We raised all of this after one night, and mid-way through our stay...

"This property is in a great location next to the van Gogh Museum, and walkable to many parts of Amsterdam Staff is phenomenal and the breakfast outstanding We booked a small room and it was small, but we knew that at the time. Most of the other rooms looked to be very good sized. There is an elevator, although some stairs have to be navigated to get up into the hotel. Overall, this is an outstanding property made even more so by the staff"
