Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs. "This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. "very disappointed that having booked and paid for three nights at Cristina through expedia that when the the ferries were cancelled no consideration by either expedia or the hotel was given to me. I shall not be using either organisation again. You should be warned."

"Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"Rooms are clean.... and warm. The heated pool is lovely. Mainly older guests stay. Perfect location for walking into st helier (10- 15 mins). Staff couldnt do enough for you. Food was good, a different selection every night. A nice bar with at least the basics of each type of drink. "
