"Room itself was clean, comfortable, no odors, everything (furniture, TV, plugs, lights) worked fine, enough clothes storage. Parking was always available. Room also had fridge, microwave and coffee maker, but did not use them. Bathroom was clean and had enough of necessary things in it including fresh towels. That's where the positives end, though. The elevator had a persistent bad smell the whole stay. The cafeteria was a bigger issue. Over the entire stay I could almost never get a Starbucks...

"I never got an explanation for the bill being more than my confirmation. I asked for a manger to call and they never did. The TV set up is poor. The remote doesnt see the TV so channel changing is very difficult and there should be 2 tvs. No lotion in the room. The breakfast mediocore at best, no danish or muffins, whole fruit option was just bananas. I stay with the hotel often and I inadvertantly ckecjed for high speed i caled to tell them it was an error and they didnt care and charged...
