Well-equipped kitchen area, microwave, cooker top, fridge, iron and ironing board. Great shower and hairdryer, couldn’t fault it, would definitely recommend and would book again 👌 "

"This hotel had everything we needed. The location is excellent, literally 2 minutes walk to the square. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts are very good and the staff are friendly and helpful with excellent English. I cannot recommend this highly enough. There are inexpensive bars and restaurants located just outside on the same street that we frequented. The staff organised our transportation to and from the airport. "Very comfortable unique hotel in the excellent location and friendly atmosphere. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the uniformity and the noise of the large chain hotels or unkempt rental apartments. Great service, helpful staff and ambience. "

"This is the ONLY hotel you should consider staying at in Krakow. It’s has something for everyone - bring your wife and kids. Bring your mistress when the wife and kids are at home. Bring a group of 17 for a stag do. The staff were friendly and very helpful, whether we needed help with the local culture or locating a missing person, they had it. Massive thank you to Natalya and Angelica, you were great and were both very understanding and very forgiving (huge apology about the sign) "
