"The location was great. In old town just a block of market square and it was quiet! Sparkling clean! And the reception desk was helpful The check in was the only thing that was not excellent. We had no instruction or codes. A person leaving let us in! We were then able to take the elevator to the second floor to get keys and codes Not a good check in experience! I would have given it overall a five star rating except for the check in"

"This was an absolutely wonderful hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were warm, welcoming, and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. "Our stay here was absolutely amazing. We were upgraded for small fee to a better room at the rear of the property. The skylights, windows, and location were perfect and spacious for 5 adults. The free espresso machine in the lobby was appreciated, but there is also a nespresso machine in the room if you don't want to go down in the morning, and a great cafe/bakery on the corner. "Lovely hotel in the old town, we asked for a quiet room and we were 2nd floor at the back. It was a lovely quiet room. Black out blinds and a really comfy bed. Aircon was very good too. Very welcoming staff on reception. We walked to old town main square took about 10 mins. First time to krakow and we will be back and would not hesitate to stay here again."
