"The hotel is new and everything is very clean. The location is perfect - near the old town and other tourist attractions. There is a lot of good restaurants and cafes on the same street where the hotel is located. Especially recommend a restaurant called Franca which is right next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! "

"The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines."

"The room was lovely! Clean, very spacious and comfortable! Staff were friendly however upon arrival we were told several times there would be someone to help us with our bags but there was just a small girl there and she said she could not help. We are on holiday for 2 weeks and had 2 very heavy bags. We were told they were on the 2nd floor.. but that is also not true. We climbed 4 flights of stairs by ourselves with a total of 90 pounds of bags. We did not appreciate the misinformation. "

"Die Lage ist perfekt, der Bus vom Flughafen hält ums Eck. Die wunderschöne Dachterrasse bietet zu jeder Tageszeit fantastische Aussichten auf das Schloss und den Fluss. Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Essen im Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns das perfekte Hotel für einen Wochenendtrip."
