"The room was okay, but not great, it wasn’t regularly cleaned, just had the bins changed daily, when we got to the room there was a small bit of rubbish left on bedside table must of been from previous guests, the upstairs bit was very dusty, we just felt like there was crumbs on the floor for days that weren’t cleaned (would of done it ourselves if we had a dustpan and brush) the staff were nice, but just didn’t feel that it was great value for money, the location is brilliant though, also the heated floor in the bathroom is was nice."

"Clean and spacious rooms. Good location near the castle with a tram line nearby. The lounge is quaint and well worth a visit. Did not use the spa or the restaurant but gave is well rated on most sites."
