The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"What a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke perfect English. The decor with the mix of old and new was really well done, fresh and spotlessly clean. Nice touches with cups and saucers, iron, safe and a long shoe horn i didn't know I needed in my life until now!! We enjoyed the sauna which was free to use. Brilliant location to explore the old town and elsewhere in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again. "
