"The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"Sicuramente non è un hotel a 5 stelle, il personale molto freddo e distaccato, pulizia normale, abbiamo dovuto chiedere le ciabattine da camera e poi ne avevano solo un paio… le abbiamo avute solo l’ultimo giorno. Se chiedete una navetta per l’aeroporto fate molta attenzione: all’arrivo tutto molto preciso, anche l’importo da pagare, per il ritorno hanno chiamato un taxi che ci è costato esattamente il doppio!!! "All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2.
