"Great location, good quality room. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that, also didn’t eat at the Japanese themed restaurant but would have tried it if we stayed longer. Helpful info on check-in and city map explained. We had an accessible room which meant it was nice and big but the bathroom was a wet-room style and the shower water went onto most of the floor which isn’t very practical. Also no surfaces in the bathroom to put things on, so it had to be the floor which isn’t...

"Questa struttura sorge nel cuore del centro storico di Cracovia. Comodissima per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni della città. Stanza pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Molto simpatica e geniale l'idea che se non ti fai rifare la stanza lasci fuori un sacchettino e loro in cambio ti lasciano un regalo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo."

"The hotel is really modern and well equipped. The wifi is really not good if your room is in the 5th floor, the staff is nice but they don’t say hello. Also, the price of the Cena is absolutely not 39 zloty even if they wrote it. Two times my room has not been cleaned. Nice bed, good climatisation. Restaurant is okay but not exceptional."

"Totally unique and beautiful! Extremely warm decor and administrative staff. Felt so much at home that we didn't want to leave. Excellent location to the main Old Town center, restaurants, and attractions. Very walkable. Lots of grocery shops minutes away. Looking forward to coming back!"

"Check in , I had problems with phone so had to get someone phone to use as nobody to check us in after 4pm also when in told us wrong floor for room so we had to guess as we asked her 3 times and said same numbers floor 3 room 13 but was floor 1 .was really noisy too outside as no double glazing and people banging doors shut , noise as early as 7am too "
