"Amazing breakfast with fabulous helpful staff"

"I stayed in Room 1 and really enjoyed it — the space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Communication was smooth, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, it still deserves a 5-star rating."

"はじめてポーランド、クラクフにいきました。四つ星ということで探したのがこのホテルでした。部屋も清潔で、ひろくて、スタッフも親切で、朝食もうまかったです。一点だけ、冷蔵庫がまったく冷えなかったです。故障ですかね？しかし、それ以外は、ほんとうにすばらしいホテルでした。クラクフにまた必ず行くので、そのときも、このホテルに泊まりたいです。そのときもどうぞよろしくお願いします。"

"The whole stay here was great from the moment we walked in until we walked out. Great friendly, helpful staff. Only a short walk from the Old Town main Square. I requested birthday balloons for our arrival and they were waiting in our room when we arrived. Brilliant service. If we return to Krakow we will definitely book this hotel again."

"We had a suite on the top floor. Very spacious, modern, clean. The hotel is a renovated palace built in the 17th century. The breakfast buffet was the best we had while in Europe, in addition to be able to have made to order pancakes , omelets."

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging...
