"The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"Hotel in ottima posizione vicino al centro di Cracovia. Siamo arrivati in hotel per le 8 di mattina, ben prima dell’orario di checkin. Il personale in reception si é mostrato gentile ed accogliente e senza alcun problema ci ha fornito la camera. La camera é abbastanza spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata. Molto apprezzato é il distributore d’acqua al piano, con thermos incluso nei servizi della camera. Letto comodo e Smart TV con programmi di intrattenimento. Colazione con vasta scelta e ottima...

"Staff was always welcoming each time we returned. Location is short walk to St. Mary Basilica and lots of restaurants. Place is nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure and warm. Kept luggage for free with an early arrival. Definitely recommend to my family and friends!"

"The room in hotel absolutely spotless. This is absolutely a five star hotel if there was any criticism would be that the room lighting where the beds are is very dim. The overall experience was the best I’ve had. The staff are very attentive and the reception staff couldn’t do more to help you definitely recommend this."

"A really nice apartment near the old town. A short walk to all the tourist sites, restaurants and the train station. check-in process was straight forward to do on our own, since we where arriving late. The train station was great to get to and from the airport and to the salt mine. It also had a shopping complex which was open late into the night, so you felt very safe for tourist using the train while we where there."

"Our whole stay here was perfect. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was quick and easy with a free glass of Prosecco. The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. Of all the European hotels...
