"Really enjoyed our four-night stay at the Golden Queen hotel. The hotel is immaculately clean inside and out, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a comfy bed, digital room controls and a nice hot shower. Breakfast was continental style with a choice of cooked egg options. Hotel location is a 5-10 minute walk to the old town square and the same to Wawel castle. The hotel overall is high class, high quality and we would definitely stay again next time we visit...

"はじめてポーランド、クラクフにいきました。四つ星ということで探したのがこのホテルでした。部屋も清潔で、ひろくて、スタッフも親切で、朝食もうまかったです。一点だけ、冷蔵庫がまったく冷えなかったです。故障ですかね？しかし、それ以外は、ほんとうにすばらしいホテルでした。クラクフにまた必ず行くので、そのときも、このホテルに泊まりたいです。そのときもどうぞよろしくお願いします。"

Breakfast was generally good, though I think it could be improved by offering a bit more variety beyond the usual fried eggs and cold cuts — perhaps some porridge or more fresh options. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily choose this hotel again."
