"Just checked out today! Mercure Koln West Hotel exceeded my expectations. Front office staff had been precise and helpful arranging room on my request. Room and toilet are clean. Although bedsheet not change but can understand on reducing waste. On breakfast, nice cosy embience and F&B staff are hardworking and friendly. Food are great! Pls keep improving creative improvement to rooms, front office and F&B. "

"Check in took a long time and was very tedious. chose the hotel because breakfast was included but found out we had to pay extra for it. rooms are not soundproof. on the plus side, the hotel was clean and parking very convenient."

"The reality was not at all what was advertised online. I arrived at the hotel and the reception area was quite run down and was not the actual location of my room. There was not a hotel but rather a boarding house self-entry building four blocks away. "

"Definitely needs to have an elevator or at least state that there is none and you will have to lug your stuff up several flights. My pregnant wife and I had to take our luggage up 4 flights."
