My room was immaculate, and the quality of the sheets and bedding was exceptional. I was especially impressed with the housekeeping staff—their attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness were remarkable. I also greatly appreciated how quickly and professionally your staff responded when I experienced an issue with one of the bathroom lights. The team was attentive and made sure my needs were accommodated promptly, which speaks highly of the level of service at your property. As a travel professional, I will gladly recommend your hotel to many of my clients. "The room on the 10th floor was very clean. The exterior windows faced west, so it was necessary to close window shades in the afternoon. There was no "view" anyway--looked out at the wall of another nearby hotel. The bathroom was very clean. I told the hotel clerk at the desk that the bathroom sink was very slow draining. It was not attended to by the time we checked out. The breakfast had quite extensive offerings and plentiful. Parking noted on the booking page said valet parking was available. But didn't mention that it was $50+ dollars. Apparently other guests arrived late due to an upcoming football game. Things got pretty rowdy in the hallways at 4AM! All in all, pretty good stay--"

"Very nice place to stay! Parking was a little confusing at first but once you figure it out it was great. Suggestion find parking in the covered area and the entry is the double glass doors. Unless you prefer the valet."
