"The staff was very kind and courteous; however, the room was outdated, and the curtains had holes in them. I felt uncomfortable and even afraid to sleep in the room. Additionally, the body wash was not being replenished, so I had to go to Target to purchase more.
I frequently stay at Residence Inn properties, but unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have had. I hope management will address these issues to improve the quality and comfort of future guests’ stays."
